Obtain extensions of time where necessary. |

Submit transfer to the vendor.
Chase outstanding search results.
Prepare settlement figures.
Submit settlement figures to the vendor's solicitors.
Request final monies from you.

Arrange settlement.
Arrange with mortgagee for settlement and advise details. |

Confirm settlement figures and settlement details with all parties. Stamp the transfer. |

Final title search and draw cheques.
Attend settlement.
